1. Agreement

By using Hourcut, you agree to these Terms. If you create an account (by signing in with Apple or Google), you additionally confirm you have read our Privacy Policy · Delete account. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

Hourcut is a workout-logging app that helps you count sets, time your rest, and keep a history of your training. You can use it without an account (your data stays on your device). Signing in is optional and adds cloud backup, cross-device sync, and account-based features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to data processing, do not sign in.

4. Your account

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the app for any unlawful purpose; attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data; or upload content that infringes others' rights or violates the law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the workout data you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, back up, and sync that data to provide the service to you. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Backup and sync depend on your network and on our cloud provider. We may add, change, or discontinue features. We keep working to protect your data, but you are encouraged to keep your own copy using the in-app export.

8. Disclaimer — not medical advice

Hourcut is a general fitness utility. Its programs, timers, and suggestions are not medical or professional training advice. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified professional before starting a program, and stop if you feel unwell. You use the app at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including consumers' mandatory statutory rights).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app and, where required, ask you to agree again before you continue using account features.
